Your developer disappeared. Your site is hacked. Google says "This site may be hacked". Your hosting says "abuse detected".
We fix it. This is what we do every week.
I'm Andrew - Bettys Bay based, fixing South African websites since 2010. No jargon, no blaming your old developer.
Hack Recovery - From R1 500
We clean: Japanese spam, pharma spam, redirects to scam sites, malware, backdoors, Google warnings, Xneelo/Afrihost suspensions. We remove it all, update everything, harden security, resubmit to Google.
Most sites fixed in 24-48 hours. You get a list of what was wrong and how we fixed it.
Developer Disappeared - Takeover
70% of our maintenance clients come to us because their developer ghosted them. We get hosting access, backup everything, document your site, fix what is broken and take over. No rebuild needed unless it's really bad.
Maintenance - From R350pm
Basic R350pm: Weekly updates (WordPress, plugins, theme), daily backups, uptime monitoring, restore if needed.
Pro R750pm: Everything in Basic + security monitoring, malware scan, small content fixes (30 mins/month), support.
No contract, cancel anytime.
What we don't do: We don't hold your site hostage. You get full admin, backups and can leave anytime. We don't charge to release your domain.
If your site is hacked now:

2. Email andrew@arctica.africa or phone 083 248 2138
